About us

Four years ago, Ellie and Adam spent the evening in a pub with some friends, complaining about grade predictions and how little support was out there for teachers. They were all stressed and felt under pressure to predict their students’ performance with absolute accuracy.

Several glasses of wine later, the idea for Progress Stream was born.

It took another couple of years and some extensive development, but by 2024 they were ready to share their work.

Progress Stream has been built by teachers, to help teachers and schools understand how their students are likely to perform. We take the stress out of this essential task and let teachers get back to what they do best.
